BetweenGlassBlinds took centre stage at the FIT Show exhibition in the International Centre, Telford. The show attracts visitors from all over the UK aimed specifically at those with an interest in window installation and fabrication.
After the success of the inaugural FIT Show event in 2013 expectations were high for the 2014 exhibition which ran over 3 days from 10-12th June.
For BetweenGlassBlinds the exhibition proved to be a great success with 100’s of visitors flocking to the stand over the 3 days providing us with some very positive feedback on the various integral blind systems we had on display.
The star of the show was the battery powered motorised blinds, showcased by BetweenGlassBlinds for the first time. BGB have been offering the Sunbell motorised blinds since April 2014 and the FIT Show proved to be the ideal arena to officially launch the product. Visitors were wowed by the system, giving users all the convenience and functionality you would come to expect from a motorised integral blind without the hassle of external hard-wiring. Many people got a chance to operate the blinds remotely, seeing how simple it was to program three blinds on display and control individually or simultaneously via a remote control.
Such was the attention the product received it even caught the interest of the FIT Show TV cameras streaming live throughout the event…
As always, the manually operated magnetic integral blinds also caught the eye of passers by, many of whom were impressed with the ease of operation and speed with which the blinds could be raised, lowered and tilted. With several blinds on display to highlight the range of colours on offer for both the slats and the profiles the versatility and slickness of the system generated plenty of interest from those that tried and tested the units on show.
